 CARING FOR YOUR GREENS

Microgreens are more delicate than their full size counterparts and although it is not necessary to wash your greens, if you feel the need to do so
then care should be taken during washing and drying.

If you decide to wash your greens, gently wash the amount you are going to immediately use. Using a salad spinner to dry your greens will help avoid damaging them.

Always store your microgreens in the provided container under refrigeration. you should see a shelf life of about two weeks, but they are most flavorful and nutritious if used within a week.

Follow these guidelines and you will maximize the shelf life and quality of your precious greens.
